We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Easyware. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shopeasyware.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@shopeasyware.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
