1. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, there are some benefits if you have an account with us:

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed in GBP (British Pounds).

4. WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All prices on our store are displayed and charged in GBP (British Pounds). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee.


5. HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can enter your shipping address during checkout. Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed.


6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped. Please double-check your address carefully before completing your purchase.


7. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days from dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


8. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
